All existing units to be removed and disposed of by the customer unless organised prior to fitting. There will be a charge to remove and dispose of any furniture and it may delay your fitting. Mirror Image is not liable for any damage to the room when removing old furniture.

Please empty all furniture from the room. If you cannot do this please inform us before the fitting date. The fitters need to be able to work in an empty room due to the size of the materials. Leaving furniture in the room makes it difficult to work and the furniture could sustain damage. Mirror Image is not liable for any damage to furniture left in the room. If the fitter is unable to work in the room due to the lack of space then your fitting date will be moved to the next available date and you may be charged for loss of time.

We suggest that your new wardrobes be fitted on a solid floor to avoid settlement. If you have left a carpet in the room, the fitter will fit the wardrobe on top of it unless told otherwise by you on the morning of the fit. It is recommended that you cut out a section of the carpet where the wardrobes will be going.

Mirror Image will not, under any circumstance, undertake any electrical, gas or water alterations. Any sockets, switches, radiators etc need to be moved before the fitting date. If you are having any LED lights fitted these will run to the nearest socket to your wardrobe. They will not be wired into your existing light switches.

Frame systems DO NOT have backs, sides, tops or bottoms. Carcass systems have tops, sides, backs and bottoms. Your construction method will be indicated with the fitting details.

Maximum length of board is between 2600-2780mm. Any scribe or panel greater than this length will have a joint line.

All alterations should be discussed with the office staff before the fitting date. We will make all the alterations and send a new plan out to you for you to check.

Any alteration made in the two weeks prior to your fitting date may incur extra charges. In certain circumstances it may delay the fitting date.
